If your credit card is lost, stolen, or you notice any suspicious transactions, we’re here to help.

Whether you’ve misplaced your card or noticed an unfamiliar transaction, we’ve made it quick and hassle-free to address the issue. Below you will find information on how to report a lost or stolen card or how to file a dispute on any unauthorized or incorrect charges. 

 

To report lost or stolen card or to file a dispute  follow the steps below.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Be sure to turn off your card right away if it's not in your possession! You can do this immediately in Digital Banking online or in the mobile app.

For immediate replacement of your card, please visit a branch location. To order a replacement card  contact us at 800-554-7101.

Turn Off your Card in the Mobile App

1. Click Cards on the bottom dashboard
2. Click Block/Unblock Card
3. Click Block This Card
4. Click Yes, Block/Unblock
 
 
Turn Off your Card Online:
 
1. Hover over Cards
2. Click Card Controls
3. Click the toggle to block/unblock this card
a. Card is off when toggle is to the right
b. Card is on when toggle is to the left

 

 

Dispute Charges

Think you have a fraudulent transaction?

Make sure you have your card in your possession, if you've lost your card, turn the card off inside of Card Controls in Digital Banking

  • Review Transaction Details.
    • View the full transacation descrption by clicking on the transaction in Digital Banking.
    • Sometimes the description can be a "parent company" or a different company than expected.
    • Where did the charge take place? Were you there recently?
    • Do you remember spending that exact amount of money somewhere even though the company name looks different?
    • Was it a subscription charge? The charge in question could be related to a subscription service or free trial you have signed up for. 
  • Check with the other owners on your account. Did they perform this transaction?

 

If you've determined that this very well may be fraud, contact us at our card dispute line at 844-454-1368 to file a dispute.
